1. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept ALL major credit cards & cash.
2. When do you deliver?We deliver 7 days a week 365 days a year.

3. Do I need to reserve the display?No , but you may. Birth announcement reservations will be held for up to one week from the date you give us ,if you call after 1 week of your reservation date and the sign you reserved is out you will be given a substitute ...for example if you reserve a girl stork for July 1st and you call us on July 8th to tell us you had the baby, if those signs are out you will be given the girl angel as a replacement.

4. Will the signs damage the lawn?No ,they will just leave a few small holes similar to aerating.

5. What is your refund policy?
                          We will give a full refund if you cancel your order at least 48 hrs in advance of delivery date.
                         If for any reason we cannot deliver the display due to severe weather, high winds , frozen ground etc.. you will be given a full refund.

                        You will not be given a refund if the homeowner stops us from setting it up,if we are asked to take it down early,if we are not given access to a gated community,if the HOA of a community does not allow signs to be put up, if there is no lawn or flower beds to install the sign into, if you give us the wrong address,if you give us the wrong personalization info,or if there are loose dogs on the property.

6. Can you make something special I have in mind? Yes but please give us at least 10 days notice on custom designs.


7.Can I mow my lawn?  Please do not mow the lawn or weedwack while the display is set up.

 8. Do I need to be home for delivery?Only if you are paying for the display in person and not by credit card. We do ask that you make sure you have your address number visible so we know we are at the right house. If we cannot find the house # and we are not sure if we are at the right house the sign will not be setup.
